In the event that a trader breaches one of our trading rules, specific actions will be taken to uphold the standards of our trading program.

Account Termination: When a rule is breached, the trader’s account access and trading privileges are terminated. To continue their evaluation and work toward a funded account, the trader will need to start a new evaluation from the beginning. This process allows the trader to reset and demonstrate consistent adherence to trading rules.

No Financial Liability for Losses: Traders are not financially responsible for any losses incurred as a result of breaching a rule. This policy applies across both evaluation and funded accounts, ensuring that no liability is placed on traders for losses in these situations.

However, for funded accounts, any profits generated during the trading period will be forfeited if a rule is breached. This policy underscores the importance of discipline and adherence to our guidelines, as consistent rule-following is essential to responsible and sustainable trading.

Our primary goal is to provide a transparent, fair, and secure trading environment. These rules are in place to maintain the safety and integrity of our program, creating a space where traders can grow and succeed within a disciplined framework.
