  • Processing Constraints: Once a request is submitted, it is sent for processing immediately, and changes cannot be made mid-process.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the withdrawal follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies requires using the verified method originally selected.

2. What to Do If You Need to Change the Payment Method

If you have made a mistake or need to update your withdrawal details, follow these steps:

A. If the Withdrawal Has Not Been Processed Yet:

  • If the request is still pending, the team may be able to cancel it and allow you to submit a new request with the correct method.

B. If the Withdrawal Has Already Been Processed:

  • Once a payment is sent, it cannot be redirected to a different method.

  • You must wait for the funds to reach the original withdrawal destination.

  • If necessary, update your preferred payment method for future withdrawals in your Amadeux Dashboard.
